Yarn dyed, which means that the yarns are dyed before weaving. The warp is a different colour yarn to the weft and this gives the fabric a chambray look; grainy, subdued and very classy. This fabric is medium weight, suitable for furnishing or clothing.
The selvedge is printed 'organic cotton'.
Batches of handmade fabrics will be slightly different from batch to batch as they can be made by different weavers.
