UK DYERS, MAKERS, PRINTERS CMT etc.

We often get asked if we can make garments, dye or print in the UK.
We don't offer that service ourselves but here we begin a directory of UK companies that might help you.

DYERS.

DP Dyers are part of WT Johnson http://www.dpdyers.co.uk/about.php   Here I spoke with John who was very helpful. They dye most fabric types. The minimum charge is £90 plus vat. The metre charge is £3. They can match to your shade or pantone. They need a small sample of the fabric before the process begins. They do not dye jersey.  They can scour loomstate fabric before dying, but that costs extra.

CMT (means cut make and trim).

If you are looking for a UK company to make small runs for you, this is a useful resource with case studies and useful information from Lynnette  http://www.lynnettemurphy.co.uk/diary-of-a-start-up/sourcing/

Try the companies below.
